Indication

Neoadjuvant chemoradiation +/- surgery for resectable cancer

  • 5-FU 15 mg/kg/d iv bolus d1-5 week 1 and 6
  • Cisplatin 70 mg/m2 iv d7 week 1 and 6
  • Concurrent radiotherapy 40 Gy
  • Surgery
