Regimen

Clofarabine 40 mg/m2 over 2 h IVI day 1-5
Cyclophosphamide 400 mg/m2 over 1 h day 1-5
Etoposide 150 mg/m2 over 2 hr day 1-5

Supportive

Prophylactic steroids were given to prevent cytokine release syndrome in patients with more than 30x 10^9 blast cells/l in peripheral blood at time of treatment
