Indication

relapsed / refractory HD & NHL

Regimen

Gemcitabine 1 g/m2/day IV days 1, 8, 15
Cisplatin 100 mg/m2 IV over 4 h day 15
Methylprednisolone 1 g/day IV days 1-5
Bactrim 1 tab bd 3 times per week
Repeat cycle every 28 days
