Regimen

For transplant-naive patients:

  • Gemcitabine (Gemzar) 1000 mg/m2 iv d1, 8
  • Vinorelbine (Navelbine) 20 mg/m2 iv d1, 8
  • Pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (Doxil) 15 mg/m2 iv d1, 8

Q3w

For post-transplant patients:

  • Gemcitabine (Gemzar) 800 mg/m2 iv d1, 8
  • Vinorelbine (Navelbine) 15 mg/m2 iv d1, 8
  • Pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (Doxil) 10 mg/m2 iv d1, 8
