Multiple Myeloma

Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

  • 5 mg po qd, escalate by 5 mg every 1-2 weeks to 25 mg po qd d1-21 q4w
  • Allopurinol 300 mg po qd for 14 days starting 2-3 days before lenalidomide
