Regimen

Mitoxantrone 8 mg/m2 IV Days 1-2
Chlorambucil 3 x 3 mg/m2 PO Days 1-5
Prednisolone 25 mg/m2 PO Days 1-5

Repeat cycle every 28 days for 6 cycles
