Bortezomib

Indication

Multiple Myeloma

Bortezomib 1.3 mg/m2 IV on days 1,4,8 and 11
Repeat cycle every 21 days

If progressive disease after 2 cycles or stable disease after 4 cycles, may add Dexamethasone 20 mg PO daily on the day of and the day after Bortezomib
