Breast Cancer

Regimens

Variant 1

• Cyclophosphamide 600 mg/m2 IV on day 1
• Doxorubicin 60 mg/m2 IV on day 1
• 5-Fluorouracil 600 mmg/m2 IV on day 1

Repeat cycle every 28 days for a total of 4 cycles

Variant 2

• Cyclophosphamide 100 mg/m2 PO on days 1-14
• Doxorubicin 25 mg/m2 IV on days 1 and 8
• 5-Fluorouracil 500 mg/m2 IV on days 1 and 8

Repeat cycle every 28 days for a total of 6 cycles
