CHOEP-14

Regimen

 Cyclophosphamide 750 mg/m2 IV on day 1
 Doxorubicin 50mg/m2 IV on day 1
 Vincristine 1.4 mg/m2 (Max 2mg) on day 1
 Etoposide 100 mg/m2 day 1 to day 3
 Prednisolone 100mg PO on days 1-5

 Repeat cycle every 15 days
 GCSF from day 4 to day 13
