Indication

Breast cancer

Regimen

• Cyclophosphamide 100 mg/m2/day PO on days 1-14
• Methotrexate 40 mg/m2 IV on days 1 and 8
• 5-Fluorouracil 600 mg/m2 IV on days 1 and 8

Repeat cycle every 28 days for a total of 6 cycles
