Indication

Bladder Cancer

• Cisplatin 70-100 mg/m2 iv (1 hr inf) d 1 or 2
• Vinblastine 4 mg/m2 ivb d 1+8
• Methotrexate 30 mg/m2 ivb d 1+8
• Folinic acid 15 mgx4/d po or iv d 2+9(24 h after MTX)
