Carboplatin + Paclitaxel + Bevacizumab

Indication

Chemotherapy for stage IV (metastatic) cancer

• Paclitaxel (Taxol) 200 mg/m2 iv d1 q3w x 6 cycles
• Carboplatin AUC 6 iv d1 q3w x 6 cycles
• Bevacizumab (Avastin) 15 mg/kg iv d1 q3w till disease progression
