Cisplatin + Etoposide + RT → Docetaxel

Indication

Concurrent chemoradiation for stage III cancer

• Cisplatin 50 mg/m2 iv days 1, 8, 29 and 36
• Etoposide (VP-16) 50 mg/2 iv days 1-5, 29-33
• Radiotherapy 1.8 Gy/d to 45 Gy
• If no disease progression, continue radiotherapy 2 Gy/d to 61Gy
• 4-6 weeks later, docetaxel (taxotere) 75 mg/m2 iv q3w x 3 cycles
