Regimen

Oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2 IV (2-h infusion) Day 1
Ara-C 2 g/m2 bd IV Day 2
Dexamethasone 40 mg daily IV/PO Days 1-4

Cotrimoxazole 480 mg bd 3x per week

Cycle to be repeated every 21 days
