Regimen

Etoposide 100 mg/m2 IV (I h infusion) Days 1-4
Prednisolone 100 mg/2 PO Days 1-5
Ifosfamide 1 g/m2 IV (15 min infusion) Days 1-5
(with mesna)
Carboplatin 240 mg/m2 IV (30 min infusion) Day 12

Repeat cycle every 4 weeks; aim for outpatient treatment
