Regimen

Fludarabine 25 mg/m2 IV on days 1-3
Mitoxantrone 10 mg/m2 IV on day 1
Dexamethasone 20 mg PO on days 1-5
Bactrim DS 1 tablet PO bid three times a week

Repeat cycle every 21 days
