FOLFIRI + Cetuximab

Indication

Chemotherapy for stage IV (metastatic) cancer

• Leucovorin 400 mg/m2 iv over 2 hrs before 5-FU d1 q2w
• 5-FU 400 mg/m2 iv bolus d1, and then 2400 mg/m2 iv over 46 hrs q2w
• Irinotecan (Camptosar, CPT-11) 180 mg/m2 iv d1 q2w
• Cetuximab (Erbitux) 400 mg/m2 iv loading d1, and then 250 mg/m2 iv qw
