Gemcitabine + Erlotinib

Indication

Chemotherapy for locally advanced unresectable cancer

• Gemcitabine (Gemzar) 1000 mg/m2 iv qw x 7 wks, followed by 1 w break, then weekly x 3 wks every 4 wks.
• Erlotinib (Tarceva) 100 mg po qd
