Drug Information

• Rheumatrex and Trexall are trade names for Methotrexate. Methotrexate is an anti-cancer ("antineoplastic" or "cytotoxic") chemotherapy drug. This medication is classified as an "antimetabolite."

Primary CNS Lymphoma

Regimen

Methotrexate (MTX) 8 g/m2 iv over 4 hrs q2w till CR or up to 8 cycles, followed by 8 g/m2 iv qm x 11 months
