Regimen

High dose IL-2

• IL-2 600,000- 720,000 IU/kg iv over 15 min q8h up to 14 doses in 5 days, repeat the treatment following 5-9 days of rest. Courses repeated every 6-12 weeks

Low dose IL-2

• IL-2 72,000 IU/kg iv bolus q8h up to 14 doses in 5 days, repeat the treatment following 7-10 days of rest. Courses repeated every 8 weeks

SC IL-2

• IL-2 250,000 IU/kg sc qd x 5 days in the first week, followed by 125,000 IU/kg sc qd x 5 days/w for 5 weeks. Courses repeated every 8 week
