relapsed/refractory HD & NHL

Regimen

Ifosfamide 1 g/m2 IV (1 h infusion) Days 1-5
(with mesna)
Methotrexate 30 mg/m2 IM/IV Days 3, 10
VP-16 (Etoposide) 100 mg/m2 IV (2 h infusion) Days 1-3

Repeat cycle every 21 days
