Indication

relapsed/refractory HD

Regimen

Ifosfamide 3 g/m2/day IV infusion over 24 h days 1-3
(with equal dose of mesna)
Etoposide 200 mg/m2/day IV days 1-3
Epirubicin 50 mg/m2/day IV day 1
G-CSF 300 ug/day SC days 5 onwards

Repeat cycle every 21 days – total 3 courses, with stem cell harvest
