Generic Name: Lenalidomide Trade Name: Revlimid
- Classified as an "immunomodulatory agent," and an "antiangiogenic agent"
- Used for treatment of transfusion-dependent myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) patients with deletion 5q cytogenetic abnormality with or without additional cytogenetic abnormalities.

Multiple Myeloma
Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
- 5 mg po qd, escalate by 5 mg every 1-2 weeks to 25 mg po qd d1-21 q4w
- Allopurinol 300 mg po qd for 14 days starting 2-3 days before lenalidomide
