• Luprolide (Lupron) 7.5 mg sc qm or 22.5 mg sc q3m

• Prostate cancer
• Breast, ovarian and endometrial cancer
• Also used in non-cancerous conditions such as endometriosis, infertility, benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH).
