Regimen

Methyl-GAG 500 mg/m2 IV (30-45 min infusion)Days 1, 14
Ifosfamide 1 g/m2 IV (1 h infusion) Days 1-5
(with mesna)
Methotrexate 30 mg/m2 IM/IV Day 3
Etoposide 100 mg/m2 IV (2 h infusion) Days 1-3
Repeat cycle every 21 days
