Indication
Salvage regimen for relapsed/refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma/NHL
Regimen
Mitoxantrone iv 10 mg/m2 per day on Day 1
Carboplatin iv 100 mg/m2 per day on Days 1-4
Cytosine arabinoside iv 2 g/m2 per day on Day 5
Methylprednisolone iv 500 mg/m2 per day on Days 1-5
Repeat every 28 days
If response after 2-3 cycles, proceed to autologous transplantation
Stem Cell Collection
To collect PBSCs for autologous transplantation, during the second or third course of MiCMA, recombinant human granulocyte-colony-stimulating factor (lenograstim) at a fixed dose of 263 g per day was added on Day + 8 until the patient completed the leukapheretic procedure.
Leukapheresis (LCP) was initiated when the peripheral leukocyte count was > 1.0 × 109/L and there were > 20/ L CD34-positive cells in the peripheral blood.
LCP was continued daily until a minimum harvest of 2 × 106 CD34-positive cells/kg was obtained
