Mini-BEAM

Indication

Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Regimen

BCNU 60 mg/m2 IV on day 1
Etoposide 75 mg/m2 IV on days 2-5
Ara-C 100 mg/m2 IV every 12 hours on days 2-5
Melphalan 30 mg/m2 IV on day 6

Repeat cycle every 4-6 weeks
