R-CHOP

Regimen

Standard CHOP

• Cyclophosphamide 750 mg/m(2) IV day 1
• Doxorubicin 50 mg/m(2) IV day 1
• Vincristine 1.4 mg/m(2) IV day 1
• Prednisone 40 mg/m(2) PO for 5 days

plus

• Rituximab 375 mg/m(2)IVI administered the same day as CHOP
