Regimen

Induction phase

Chlorambucil 6 mg/m2 daily PO for 6 weeks
Rituximab 375 mg/m2 weekly IV for 4 weeks

Responding patient to receive consolidation phase 8 weeks from day of commencement

Consolidation phase

Chlorambucil 6 mg/m2 daily PO for 2 weeks every 4 weeks for 4 cycles
Rituximab 375 mg/m2 IV once a month for 4 months
