Standard BEACOPP

Regimen

 Bleomycin 10 mg/m2 IV on Day 8
 Etoposide 100 mg/m2 IV on Day 1, 2 and 3
 Doxorubicin 25 mg/m2 IV on Day 1
 Cyclophosphamide 650 mg/m2 IV on Day 1
 Vincristine 1.4 m/m2 (max 2mg) IV on Day 8
 Procarbazine 100 mg/m2 Oral Day 1 to Day 7
 Prednisolone 40 mg/m2 Oral Day 1 to Day 14

 Repeat cycle every 22 days
