Regimen 2

High dose ifosfamide

• Ifosfamide 2 g/m2 iv over 2 hrs q12 hrs x 7 doses (total 14 g)
• Mesna 500 mg/m2 mixed with first dose of ifosfamide iv over 2 hrs, followed by 2.4 g/m2/d civi x 4 days
• Filgrastim (Neupogen) 5 mcg/kg sc qd starting on d4
