Regimen

Rituximab 375 mg/m2 IV Day 1
Fludarabine 25 mg/m2 IV (30 min infusion) Days 2-4
Cyclophosphamide 200 mg/m2 IV (4 h infusion) Days 2-4
Mitoxantrone 8 mg/m2 IV (30 min infusion) Day 2

Repeat cycle every 28 days for 4 cycles
